What Survival Mode Looks Like at Work
You wake up already thinking about your to-do list.
“Rest” feels like a reward you haven’t earned yet.
You’re productive – but rarely present.
Small setbacks trigger big emotional reactions.

“If I wasn’t operating from pressure, what would I be creating from purpose?”
